As Strategic Partnership Manager you will be responsible for defining our path to global growth by building successful, trusting relationships with our most strategic partner accounts across Europe and the US.
You will work strategically and tactically with our Key Accounts to ensure maximum effectiveness and success with Wonderkind’s Talent Attraction Marketing Technology.
You will collaborate with the Customer Success Team and Management Team, working together to develop innovative commercial strategies for uncovering new opportunities within our Key Accounts
What will you do?
Become an expert at presenting how the Talent Attraction methodology and Wonderkind's software can help our customers improve the fundamentals of their business.
Position yourself as a trusted business partner and proactively identify additional opportunities where our technology can add value
Manage our most significant accounts and build a sales pipeline to exceed sales goals
Own all contract processes, expansion and renewals.
Collaborate with sales representatives, customer success managers, and management to execute the contract renewal process and ensure a positive experience for our customers
Develop a long-term successful sales strategy for revenue generation in the targeted markets and report to the CCO on progress and make accurate annual and quarterly forecasts.
Create, Launch and manage a global customer program in coordination with matrixed stakeholders
Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future
