About this job

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager Programmatic Advertising who wants to mold the Wonderkind advertising distribution product to their insights. Your actions have a direct impact on the hundreds of campaigns we run daily and their performance, which plays a key role in the success of our product. You’ll be laying the groundwork for what our development team develops. Your day-to-day will consist out of thinking of new strategies, testing those and working with the development as a product manager to implement those that are successful. Next to that, you’ll research and choose new channels to reach applicants. You have all the freedom to do this.

What’s the job about?

You will lead our digital marketing efforts and further the digital advertising aspect of our technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design large-scale advertising strategies aligned with our company mission “how to get the best match between an applicant and our customers”.
  • Implement those advertising strategies and report back to the Head of Product on results in performance.
  • Support in defining the roadmap for the Product Development & be a solid part of the sprint process with the Product Development team by taking ownership of the tickets in the sprints.
  • Proactively advise the Head of Product on digital advertising developments that contribute to the performance.

Key qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 years experience within an ad tech role, digital advertising role or similar.
  • Full knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Know your way around Google Tag Manager & Analytics, generate and implement (tracking) pixels.
  • You should be able to dream about these things; custom audiences (and its limitations), detailed targeting (and what Facebook is doing with it), objective-based campaigns.
  • Affinity with working with big (performance) data sets.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.

Considered a plus:

Experience with (some of) the following is considered a plus; programmatic advertising, DSP’s, Scrum & Agile software development, HR Tech, advertising on various social channels.
