Wonderkind is scaling -up, growing at an exceptional rate. We are now hiring a Partner Account Manager to help drive this growth.
As our Partner Account Manager at Wonderkind, your role is to recruit and acquire specific targeted Partner accounts across Europe and the US. As we scale up, your previous experience and knowledge in setting up new processes around the new acquisition of partners in new markets will be invaluable. This is a great opportunity if you've already been part of a startup/scale-up and are looking to establish yourself as an expert and play a key role in developing our sales strategy here.
You will use Account Based and Personalised Sales Strategies to find and close new business, and increase the Partner’s usage of the Wonderkind platform during their first year. You will use your knowledge of digital transformation with the Talent Attraction industry to act as a trusted advisor to the Partner running the Sales Process end to end with them. Each day you will collaborate closely with your team to develop innovative strategies for uncovering new opportunities.
Acquire new partners and close new business at or above quota level by identifying partners who are willing to invest both time and money in leveraging our software and training
Become an expert at presenting how the Talent Attraction methodology and Wonderkind's software can help a partner improve the fundamentals of their business.
Develop a long-term successful sales strategy for your book of business and report to the CCO on the pipeline progress and make accurate annual and quarterly forecasts.
Make suggestions to optimize quality and scalability in sales, lead gen and customer success processes
Provide accurate and timely reports
Bring your strategic thinking and ideas to help us advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future
At least 4 years of previous experience in acquiring new partners
Previous exposure in a start-up or scale-up environment
Demonstrated success in building a new business pipeline
Accuracy with Forecasting
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Exceptional communication skills and consultative approach to addressing Partner Needs
Ability to flex rules to get things done
Inspires other colleagues in exceeding prospects' expectations on the basis of best case practices.
