What makes the position of Customer Success Representative so interesting?
As a Customer Success Representative, you play an important part supporting our Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to gain and maintain happy customers and realize growth in existing customer key accounts. The tasks you will be executing are as followed. Also, taking initiative and joining projects that match your interests is always appreciated!
Making sure customers’ campaigns run smoothly:
Helping with the setup of campaigns
Analyzing campaigns and make recommendations to customers and/or Customer Success Managers to ensure the objectives are met
Serving as a key point of customer contact and taking responsibility for all support inquiries from A to Z. This includes coming up with solutions exceeding customers’ expectations.
Mastering the CRM system: keeping all customer information up-to-date
Provide customer insights to the Customer Success Managers
You will be joining our Customer Success team. A fun, outspoken team with a mix of Customer Success Representatives, junior and medior Customer Success Managers and two Customer Success Team Leads. Your career development path could roll our towards a Customer Success Manager.
