What makes the position of Customer Success Manager so interesting?

In the position you will multi-task by combining sales, relationship management, coaching and advising customers and be fundamental for establishing the future and international growth of Wonderkind. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Providing customer insights and making suggestions for improvements that contribute to the execution of the customer campaigns.
  • Working collaboratively within the Sales team to drive renewals and growth in existing accounts using customer insights, identifying churn risks and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Troubleshooting and coming up with initiatives that exceed the expectations of customers and positively boost the relationship
  • Advising customers on hiring strategies and being a sparring partner in the decision making process for customers


You will be part of the Customer Success team. We are a close and enthusiastic team with mostly medior employees. In this position you will work very closely with the Account Executives who close the deals with our new customers and with the Customer Success Representatives who focus on the support inquiries from customers from A to Z.
