What makes the position of Account Executive so interesting?

In the position you’ve multi-task by combining sales, relationship management, strategic forecasting, coaching and advising customers and be part of the fundament in establishing the future and international growth of Wonderkind.


In this position you will focus on:

  • Identifying (cold-calling, generating new leads and prospecting accounts), acquiring, qualifying and signing up new commercial partnerships and turn them into happy customers and meet or exceed sales objectives

  • Developing and executing a tactical go-to-market account plan inclusive and reports into the Team leader Sales on the progress and making forecasts for the upcoming timeframe on leads, hit ratio, upselling

  • Advising strategic customers on hiring strategies and be a sparring partner in the decision making process for customers

  • Coaching and initiating collaboration and making suggestions for improvements that contribute to the execution of the customer campaigns

  • Mastering the CRM system keeping all prospect and customer information up-to-date in order to provide accurate sales-related  insights.

In this position you will work very closely with the pre-sales specialists who spot the market for interesting leads and the customer success managers who focus on the scaling up of the relationship with customers.
