What will you do?

As an Account Based SDR your role is to engage with specific, targeted accounts and contacts through strategic prospecting. To do this you will leverage Wonderkind’s Target Account list and generate new interest through calls, emails and social media messaging. Unlike ‘batch and blast’ outbound sales development in which SDRs send large volumes of template-based messages, Account Based Sales Development is personalized to the account and person receiving the message. You will act as the liaison between marketing and sales and develop 1:1 and 1:few tactics designed to penetrate targeted accounts.


You will conduct exploratory conversations with Target Accounts & Contacts and use your business acumen to identify how Wonderkind could help a business grow, and successfully position the Wonderkind value proposition. Your goal is to concisely communicate the value of Wonderkind and gain interest in a deeper conversation with the Wonderkind Account Based Sales team. You will partner up with the Account Based Sales Team and Management. Each day you will collaborate closely with your Sales Team to develop innovative strategies for uncovering new opportunities.


What are the responsibilities of an Account Based SDR?

In this role, you will::

  • Conduct targeted prospecting for qualified leads
  • Work closely and collaboratively with an assigned Sales Team to develop and implement appropriate Target Account strategies and plans
  • Work internally with our sales- and marketing Team to ensure qualitative and meaningful sales conversations with Target Accounts
  • Support the Account Based Sales Team in every Sales Stage with e.g. Slide decks and accurate follow up
  • Help leading Recruitment (Marketing) Agencies, Job Boards, RPOs and Staffing Agencies to realize the potential of Talent Attraction Technology
  • Set yourself up for a successful career by learning the necessary fundamentals to be a great salesperson, leader and executive


What are the role requirements?

  • Sales or prospecting experience
  • Strong communication skills English is a must, Dutch / German is nice to have.
  • A sharp focus on your goals and a strong approach for achieving them
  • Creative to establish meaningful presentations and personalized conversations.
  • The ability to deal and address objections
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
  • Knowledge at Professional or Academic Level
